At the beginning of The Fires of Heaven, Siuan Sanche has escaped from the White Tower after being deposed and stilled. The Tower is giving out that she has been executed, but are still trying to find her. Siuan herself is imprisoned in Kore Springs, Andor, along with Min and Leane, for burning down a farmer's barn along with Logain, who has escaped. Siuan swears an oath to the local lord, Gareth Bryne, to serve him, while still intending to escape. Logain helps her and the others escape. At the beginning of A Crown of Swords, Siuan is reported to be in Salidar.
