Obsius is the Gym Leader of the unofficial Promethea Gym in Promethea Falls. She specializes in the Glass Type, and will give TM Prism Shot to trainers who defeat him. If his gym is selected to become official in the The Next Chapter DLC, he will also hand out the Obsidian Badge.
