Began Lantus 10/25, 1 unit BID. Have not had any numbers above 200 since then. 3.) Are you feeding your cat a low-carbohydrate diet? Post dx I am feeding only canned. Tuna (Figaro or 9lives) or fish flavors of FF; Earl has pancreatitis and can't have the high protein high fat canned foods like Wellness, etc. 4.) Has your cat gone off of insulin? 5.) Are you considering changing to or from Lantus?
