The Shinsengumi (新選組, lit. "the new squad"?) was a special police force in Kyoto that active during the Bakumatsu period of Japan. Members that have been sublimated as Heroic Spirits each possess the Noble Phantasm Flag of Sincerity, allowing them to summon the other members temporarily. Those on poor terms with others may result in not all of the members responding.
