Mêtkharan-Kadar (Av."Kar Mitharmin") was a city in far southwestern Drel. Originally founded SA 3101 by Faithful Númenóreans it was sacked TA 339 by the Arûwanâi, thereafter it became home to a mixed Drel and Black Númenórean populace and had even some contact with the Cuind Avari.
