The longstanding Snow-Unkempt Industrial Bloc on Kebir Blue is currently comprised of a single country, Snow, on the continent of Eridana. At it's peak, it was composed of three groups of countries on Eridana (4), Paova Major (3), and Lynx Minor (1) and two enterprises. Czar Scarlet, also known as Mizore, is leader of this empire.
