Ahmed Hifzi Pasha () was the Commander-in-Chief of the Ottoman army that defeated the Greeks in Epirus in the Greco-Turkish War (1897). He had these commands : * October 1877 : Commander in the Battle of Gorni Dubnik * Juni 1881 - Juli 1883 : Governor of Kosovo * Oktober 1889 - Oktober 1897: Governor of Ioannina
