Before I get a lot of people saying that this releases the final boss, IT DOESN'T. It has x100 - . It has a 1% chance to appear on any round. The toughness and amount of the bloons it releases is dependent on the round. So if it has 50 Red Bloons on Round 1, it would have 50 HP. If it has 2 ZOMG on round 85, it would have 8498 health.
