Baby Piggy Goes to Nursery School addresses Baby Piggy's anxiety regarding her first day at nursery school. She's afraid of being separated from Nanny, is uncomfortable with her teacher Mr. Plum, and doesn't want to participate in any activities. Another new student arrives, a boy named Chester, who is also nervous and afraid. Piggy befriends him, and soon both become active participants.
