This chance varies with your Agility level and maxes out at 12% at 99 Agility. The attuned crystal deflector degrades during use. Each deflector has 50,000 charges and consumes 2 charges for every auto attack, ability used or hit taken. If used in Prifddinas it will only consume 1 charge, lasting twice as long. It has the same stats as an eagle-eye kiteshield.
