Purple Ranger (Shingo Murakami): Also known as "Nasu (Eggplant) Ranger". In the skits, his characteristic is "Self Confidence". In Kindergarten his nick name was "Shin-chan" also during those days he was one who "Couldn't Read the Situation". In the film's more serious take on the Eightrangers' story, he is a man who's perceived as being much too amiable.
