The COG Intelligence Agency, also known as COGIntel, was responsible for gathering information for the safety of the COG and intelligence about their enemies. The Agency had existed and operated during the Pendulum Wars, when Agent Louise Settile gathered important intelligence on Aspho Fields, the UIR forces stationed there, the Hammer of Dawn, Aspho Point Research Facility and the Hammer of Dawn design and development team to provide support for Operation Leveler.
