Taslythor Rocktapper, who also went by the name Paerro, was a pickpocket and burglar within the city of Waterdeep in 1372. Quickly falling into the life of a thief through necessity, Paerro eventually became quite skilled under the tutelage of Thear Chessar. It had been so long since he had been caught by the City Watch that they believed Paerro had left the City of Splendors.
