Tynsiya was a Kobali and the daughter of Q'ret. She had one sister named Jhet'leya. To convince Jhet'leya (originally Lyndsay Ballard) to go back to the Kobali after returning to USS Voyager in 2376, he told her that Tynsiya missed her and wanted to know when she was coming home. Jhet'leya told her father to say that she was dead. (VOY: "Ashes to Ashes") This character was only mentioned in dialogue.
