Nora Chavez is a Nationalist party politician, elected to serve as the 2nd Governor of Hyannis in 2062 during the Nationalist Wave. Chavez was a career politician, holding minor municipal posts before becoming elected to the Provincial Governorship of Hyannis, defeating Walter Kennedy handily. Following the 2072 elections Chavez was appointed by Emily Gibbons to serve as the Minister of Foreign Affairs. This was as a response to Minister Charlotte Laurent running against President Gibbons in the elections over concerns with the western American countries.
