A pet menagerie plot is a special Garrison plot. This plot is equivalent to a small plot, but reserved for a File:Garrison building menagerie.png Pet Menagerie and available at garrison level 1. Initially the pet menagerie is unoccupied, but is unlocked at level 100. The quest to fully unlock the menagerie is the most difficult of the special plots, since you have to defeat three legendary pets.
