The Cabana Deed is a quest item from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. This document is proof of ownership of the Private Oasis. It is given to Link by Mrs. Marie, the previous owner of the Oasis, when she is given twenty Joy Pendants. Obtaining it makes Link the rightful owner of the Private Oasis and its Cabana. In order to gain entrance to the Cabana, Link must show the deed to the butler. The Cabana Deed is a necessity, as Link needs to get inside of the Cabana in order to receive a Triforce Chart.
