The L.E.A.D. (Leading Engineer And Destroyer) is a mechabloon which is immune to Dart, Arc, and Ninja powerset weapons, looks like a giant lead bloon, has 100 HP (to be kind, it IS only the 4th level of the entire game...) and it has no attacks, it is too heavy.
