Mopatop notices a small box on the counter, that jumps, at first he thought that Puppyduck had ordered a jumping box but it turned out to be a box of jumping fleas in it. Moosey Mouse warns his parents about the jumping fleas. Moosey got an idea how to get rid of the fleas when Dermot, a dog, comes into the shop. He tells Mopatop that his new owner gives him a bath every day and that means that he don't get a really good scratch. Mopatop and Puppyduck tries to find something that would give Dermot a really good itch, however they don't seem to be able to find anything that would give a good itch.
