Bob Gottlieb was a Havenite citizen and a enlisted member of the State Security Naval Forces. He served as an impeller technician aboard the superdreadnought PNS Hector Van Dragen. He was very good at his job, but was also considered the biggest bootlegger on the ship. (HHA4.5: F)
