Joshua Payne Scobey (born December 11, 1979 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) is an American football running back and kick returner who is currently a free agent. He was originally drafted by the Arizona Cardinals in the sixth round of the 2002 NFL Draft. He played college football at Kansas State. He has played for the Seattle Seahawks in his career.
