It can be received from Zukazu near the tree in the southwestern portion of the Residential District of Colony 9. If the party prefers to help Jiroque instead of Zukazu, they can talk to Jiroque immediately after accepting this quest. Otherwise, A Little Brother's Fight will disappear after this quest is cleared since they are mutually exclusive.
