Braz Morphius was a male Human Jedi Master who served the Jedi Order during the Jedi Renaissance era after fighting during the Clone Wars on behalf of the Galactic Republic. A skilled surgeon and healer, Morphius was appointed as the Temple Master of the Temple of Healing, Mahara Kesh by Grand Master Tomac Moorcé following the reopening of Tython's nine Great Temples. A leading member of the Jedi Grand Council, Morphius not only oversaw the medical practices preformed at the temple and the Noetikon of Healings housed there, but also joined the Council in overseeing the Great Journey all Jedi must take across Tython in order to become a Jedi Knight.
