Phil finds his driver side tyre has been slashed and goes to replace the tyre. Meanwhile the culprit, Eric, continues his hate campaign against Sandie. He finds a window has been left unlocked at The Mill and climbs in through the window. He snoops round and reads Sandie's letter from her father Tom. As he is doing so, Joe drives into the front yard, gets out and knocks on the door. Eric flinches. Joe then leaves and Eric breathes a huge sigh of relief.
