Inside of the Georgian Presidential Palace, the Georgian Elite patrol all areas of the corridors, entrance hall, the library, the underground vault, the dining hall and the courtyard. During the Presidential Palace mission, the player may encounter any from ten to twenty Georgian Elite. They work with the palace guards and oppose Nikoladze's officers and the player during the course of the Presidential Palace mission.
