The Toy Workshop Bell is the third Personal Prize unlocked in the Winter 2014 Part 1 prize track during the Christmas 2014 Event. When the bell is tapped, any Elves that have completed building toys will act as if tapped individually, collecting their Presents and returning to the Toy Workshop to start producing more toys. It increases the obedience rating.
