The Drain Seeker is a medium-tier weapon (Tier 5), and gains 4 Synthesis Points (SP) per level-up. Similar to the Evilcise, it has a slow 5-hit combo. Aside from being built up (from the Evilcise), it can only be found in dungeon chests.
