Broody Plinth, roughly meaning "Moon Base," is one of the many moon bases located in the United 'Gees Galaxy. It is a medium sized moon base and it is responsible for relaying communications from the 3 closest planets to it. The base relays them to a giant satellite held in place by magnetic and gravitational forces. One time the base was sabotaged by an unknown terrorist and communications were lost for 9 hours. By the time the base was online, there was a 140% increase in crimes, most of them connected to the terrorist.
