Eve's Grandfather lives in the mountains. He refuses to live in the town because he enjoys his near primitive lifestyle. He seems to carry a gun on his back. If Eve is chosen as the character's love interest, her grandfather will be trapped in the cave, and the player will use a hammer to rescue him. His counter part in Harvest Moon: Magical Melody is known as Terry.
