William IV (German: Wilhelm IV.) was the Count of Neuenahr-Saffenberg from 1405 until 1424. William was the son of John and Catherine of Neuenahr-Saffenburg. In 1405 he succeeded his father. After his death in 1424, William was succeeded by Count Philip I of Virneburg through his marriage to William's daughter Catherine.
