Yao Fei Gulong (姚飞古龙 Yáo Fēi Gǔlóng) (died 2008) was a master archer and martial artist. He was also the father of Mei and the late Shado, and was one of the former mentors (in fact the first) and good friend of Oliver Queen. Yao Fei did his best to always protect and look out for his friends Oliver, Slade, and his daughter Shado. He was a prisoner on the island of Lian Yu.
