Happosai finds a girls dormitory filled with bras and panties, but as soon as he gets them home they turn into paper. Ranma and Akane investigate Sainokawahara Dorm where he got the panties to find out what's going on and find that the Headmistress of Sainokawahara Dorm cast a spell on the lingerie to turn into paper and kill Happosai if her panties are not stolen. She states that if her panties are not stolen, Happosai will be forced to wonder all the Earth stealing panties forever. Not wanting such a terrible future, Ranma shoves Happosai's goods into the underwear, forcing him to steal it and allowing the headmistress to pass on happy.
