Lord hazeel is a monster and noted Mahjarrat. In The Hazeel Cult quest, the player is given the option to return him to power, or to destroy the cult. If the player chooses to return him they will steal a Script of Hazeel from Carnillean house and Alomone will read the script aloud at the Tomb of hazeel.
