Ellen Bhadressa was a Havenite citizen and an officer of the Republic of Haven Navy. Holding the rank of Commander, she served as Vice Admiral John Groenewold's chief of staff for the Twelfth Fleet. She was killed during the battle of the Elric System, when PNS Timoleon was destroyed by concentrated Manticoran missile fire. (HH9)
