Ryūsei Nakao (中尾 隆聖 Nakao Ryūsei) is a Japanese voice actor. In the Kamen Rider Series, he voiced the Jelly Imagin in episodes 19 and 20 of Kamen Rider Den-O and the Ladybug Fangire in episodes 19 and 20 of Kamen Rider Kiva. He's quite famous for voicing some well known sadists in the anime circuit, such as the likes of Mayuri Kurotsuchi (Bleach), Frieza (Dragon Ball Z), and recently, Caeser Clown (One Piece).
