The Sentry Droid was a probe droid starfighter piloted by a droid brain and used by Bandin Dobah to guard his asteroid base during the Galactic Civil War between the Galactic Empire and the Alliance to Restore the Republic after the Battle of Yavin. It took 20 standard minutes to orbit around the base and was programmed to attack any unauthorized intruder.
