Nilos was a male sergeant a member of the InterStellar Regulators living during the Galactic War. During the Conquest of Makeb in 3639 BBY the Regulators sides with the Hutt Cartel in their occupation of the planet. Under orders of Vice-Commandant Grevin Nilos and his men shuffled citizens of Makeb between several secure locations in Talaos City to prevent them from organizing against the Hutts.
