Miller was a peace officer who worked for Babylon 5 security. In 2261, when the Thirdspace artifact arrived at the station, and a Vorlon-controlled Lyta Alexander was hold up in Maintenance, attempting to ram the artifact with the Maintenance Bots, Miller provided back-up to Security Chief Zack Allan when Ms. Alexander was arrested. He later stood guard while Allan interrogated Deuce, who had tried to open Babylon 5's airlocks.
