Hanami Chōjō (超常花実 Choujou Hanami, lit: Anomalous Phenomenon of the Name and Reality) is a Masukage, and one of the few leaders of the said race. She is a powerful Masukage with plentiful experience and natural talents. She is currently training some of the younger Masukage and her assistant is Teinen Kaiki.
