In Donkey Kong Jungle Beat is the boss of the Apple Kingdom. After Donkey Kong manages to traverse the wilds of the Apple Kingdom, he arrives at a small partially forested canyon where the massive Turret Tusk is enshrined and upon seeing the battle-ready Kong, Turret Tusk will activate and engage the Kong in battle. Turret Tusk attacks Donkey Kong by spitting cannonballs at him, luckily Donkey Kong can clog up his cannon/trunk with the explosive Pineapples nearby which will cause him slight damage and knock him out briefly and while in this state his heart will become exposed, from there Donkey Kong must throw numerous pineapple bombs at the heart until he deals enough damage, afterwards Turret Tusk will get back on his feet and the cycle repeats.
