The Age of S'jet began when the Hiigarans acquired Sajuuk and, with its help, managed to push back the Vaygr offensive. Karan S'jet became the Sajuuk-Khar and the time of discovery began. Soon after, Sajuuk was found to be key to the Great Network of Hyperspace Gates. The opening of the Eye of Aarran became the first notable event of that era.
