The Acorn CEO was a CEO who had a traumatizing experience as a child that left him with the nickname "Acorn." His extremely rude and not french parents named their laundromat after him. Dilbert was under extreme pressure to make a product name, and so he arbitrarily chose "acorn" although it was taken by Acorn Dry Cleaning, the laundromat. Dogbert then caused an explosion at the strip to destroy the laundromat. The name was changed to Dilmom's idea, The Gruntmaster 6000, when the Pointy-Haired Boss discovered their CEO hated 'acorn'.
