High Admiral is the rank of the Military Commander of the Grayson Space Navy. The current High Admiral is High Admiral Wesley Matthews, recently promoted to this title after the 1st and 2nd Battles for Yeltsin. One of his main jobs is to advise the Protector of Grayson, currently Benjamin IX, on how to proceed with military matters. He also commands all Grayson units in Yeltsin in the case of an attack by a hostile navy, or he might command an operation that is particularly vital to his Star Nation.
