[Source] Mermaid Lagoon is a location on the mystical island of Neverland. It appeared in Disney's 1953 classic animated film Peter Pan which is based upon J.M Barrie's 1911 novel of the same name. It is the favorite resting place of the legendary mermaids who live within the depths of the sea surrounding the island.
