After the fall of Gladstone Keep, he along with other survivors went to Opinwood and came to Yvel in order to negociate with the local council. He refused to give the champion his key to King Richard's shroud and sent him to fetch the key of Dawn. In the meantime, Yvel was overrun by the Dark Army and everyone fled. His key was stolen by Frendor. He is seen for the last time next to King Richard as he is rewarding the Champion.
