The House of Vanar was a fashion design studio on Coruscant, founded by Vanar. They were famous for being chosen to submit a design for Mara Jade's wedding dress by Leia Organa Solo, but lost the bid when Mara discarded their design. They claimed "minimal was maximal" in galactic fashion at the time; this philosophy resulted in a gown that was far too revealing for Mara's taste.
