The Double Tsuihikidan was first used by Krillin against Piccolo during the 23 Tenkaichi Budokai. Krillin charges up and then fire two reddish-orange beams from his hands that follow the opponent like homing missiles. Piccolo thought nothing of this attack and merely jumped into the air, but he didn't count on them following him and he almost got hit from behind. However, he is able to destroy them with his eye lasers. This attack was only meant to be a diversion as Krillin appears behind Piccolo and punches him in the face.
