The Ranger Operators consists of two teams: The First Generation Ranger Operators, or Power Rangers RPM, a group of civilians of Corinth City who were chosen by Dr. K's Ranger Program to fight against the Venjix Computer Network. The Second Generation Ranger Operators, or Power Rangers GB, three young civilians who were chosen to take the place of the first Ranger Operators after they had been sucked into Hyper Space six years ago. Along with their partners known as Cybuddies, they have to stop the revived Venjix Computer Network from obtaining the Enetron from the city
