Miniature Zeppelin is the fifth object required for the quest Mind over Matter in Divinity II: Flames of Vengeance. After obtaining an Enigmatic Limb from Bedwyr at the Phoenix Inn in the Great Market district, give it to Dr. West at the Circle of Trust Inn in Mardaneus Plaza. He'll give you the Miniature Zeppelin in exchange. The toy can be given to Casca, a soldier found standing in front of the Mardaneus Plaza barricade.
