It first appears as a Compound Special Attack that can be used by Lloyd Irving, Kratos Aurion, or Zelos Wilder if they use the same Sonic Thrust artes during a Unison Attack. The two participants thrust through the enemy, creating a cross between themselves that damages anything in their paths. Leia Rolando in Tales of Xillia substitutes her own version of Sonic Thrust, Darting Claw, whose Japanese name is similar to Sonic Thrust's.
